Definition and Usage
The align attribute specifies the alignment of the caption in a fieldset.
Browser Support

The "top", "left" and "right" values of this attribute seems to be well
supported in all the major browsers except opera. However, the "bottom" value
does not work in any of the major browsers.
Compatibility Notes
The align attribute of the legend element was deprecated in HTML 4.01,
and is not supported in XHTML 1.0 Strict DTD.
Browsers treat the legend element differently, which makes
it hard to style with CSS. So, even though the align attribute is deprecated, it may still be the best way
of aligning legend text.
